About us
Rachel Miller FNP-C, and has been in healthcare for over two decades and a nurse practitioner since 2020. Rachel realized that most healthcare is illness care and not healthcare at all.
Most healthcare is treating the symptoms not preventing the illness, so she began looking for alternative treatment. Rachel completed her masters degree at Chamberlain University and functional medicine studies at Functional Medicine University.

This iceberg is an example of how so much is going on below the surface that can’t be seen until a disease or illness is above the surface. Functional medicine looks at treating the malfunction below the surface to restore health.

Everyone starts here. This is when we discuss what is on your intake forms and previous and current treatments you have received. We discuss symptoms and current lifestyle to decide how to best go forward. We will determine treatment plans, goals, expectations and establish a plan that is tailored to your health. Let’s take back your wellness!
Groundwork Visit
$250
Prior to this visit our provider will have reviewed medical records, labs and any diagnostics received from previous treatments. Our providers will finalize your tailored treatment plans and individualized goals for you and your health journey. Be ready to be heard and take back your health.
Follow up visit
